By using The America Awards website, submitting an application, submitting a nomination or participating in the 2026 edition, users acknowledge the terms and rules applicable to the current edition.
01 Applications and Nominations
Applications and nominations for The America Awards 2026 are free.
Submitting an application or nomination does not guarantee:
- Selection
- Recognition
- Invitation
- Participation in the ceremony
Information submitted should be accurate, complete and provided in good faith. The organization may request additional information when reasonably necessary for evaluation.
02 Eligibility and Selection
Eligible applications and nominations are submitted to the official evaluation and voting process of The America Awards.
Candidates who receive a minimum of 3 affirmative votes are considered selected.
The outcome of the official evaluation and voting process is considered final for the respective edition.
03 Official 2026 Dates
Orlando, Florida, USA
04 Confirmation and Ceremony Participation
Selected honorees must confirm their participation in the official ceremony by the stated deadline.
Participation in the official ceremony is required for the award to be formally presented and received.
Ceremony registration details, invitation options and participation requirements are provided only to selected honorees after the selection process.
If confirmation is not completed by the stated deadline, the recognition will not be formalized for that edition.
When appropriate, the organization may make the distinction available to another eligible candidate in accordance with the award’s selection process.
05 Official 2026 Commemorative Book
Each participating 2026 honoree will receive one complimentary copy of the Official 2026 Commemorative Book.
The book is planned to include a dedicated two-page profile for each confirmed 2026 honoree.
The final design, photography, editorial layout and production details may evolve during the production process. The final publication is intended to maintain or exceed the quality shown in conceptual materials.
06 Use of Image, Voice, Photography and Video
By participating in the official ceremony and related event activities, participants acknowledge and authorize that their image, voice and participation may be photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise documented during the event.
Materials may include:
- Photography
- Video
- Interviews
- Audiovisual recordings
- Red carpet coverage
- Stage presentation
- Award presentation
- Gala dinner
- Networking
- Official event moments
These materials may be used by The America Awards for:
- Promotion of the current edition
- Promotion of future editions
- Official website
- Social media
- Institutional communications
- Press and media communication
- Promotional materials
- Event videos
- Retrospective content
- Official Commemorative Book
- Presentations
- Event-related campaigns
- Historical archive
- Preservation of the history and legacy of The America Awards
The purpose of this use is to document, communicate and preserve the history of The America Awards and its editions.
07 Information and Materials Provided by Participants
Information, biographies, photographs and materials voluntarily submitted or authorized by applicants, nominees or selected honorees may be used for:
- Evaluation
- Administration
- Communication
- Ceremony materials
- Official recognition materials
- Institutional records
- Public communication related to the relevant edition
08 Intellectual Property
The America Awards name, branding, visual identity, website content, institutional materials and proprietary communication assets may not be reproduced or used improperly without authorization.
09 Event and Program Updates
The organization may update operational rules, dates, schedules or edition-related information when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through official channels when appropriate.
10 Limitation of Responsibility
The America Awards is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, third-party technical failures, or circumstances outside the organization’s reasonable control.
