Yes. If selected, honorees must confirm their participation in the official ceremony by the stated deadline. Participation in the ceremony is required for the award to be formally presented. Registration details and participation requirements are provided only to selected honorees.

If confirmation is not completed by the stated deadline, the recognition will not be formalized for that edition. When appropriate, the organization may make the distinction available to another eligible candidate in accordance with the award’s selection process.

Confirmed honorees will participate in the official recognition experience, including the award presentation, gala environment, professional event photography, networking opportunities and inclusion in the Official 2026 Commemorative Book. Each participating honoree will receive one complimentary copy of the book.

The Official 2026 Commemorative Book is a milestone publication celebrating 10 years of The America Awards in the United States. It will preserve the history of the awards and include a dedicated two-page profile for each confirmed 2026 honoree. Final design and editorial details may evolve during production.
